background After the end of a terrible war in 1999, Kosova suddenly
became a center where a great number of organisations, agencies
and bureaus established their presences.
The vast international presence
requires accommodation for large numbers of official visitors
and occasionally their family members. There seems to be a general
idea among visitors to Kosova that there is a lack of lodging
here that matches ones found in the developed countries.
This precisely was the idea
of the founder of hotel VICTORY, Mr. Bedri Selmani, when he embarked
on building a hotel with a touch of luxury and the kind of service
